Dr. Steve Vinay Gunther • I have practiced Gestalt since 1986, and run training programs since 1994. I teach around the world, and have been running professional training in China since 2012. My subjects of interest are the interface of spirituality and psychotherapy, and the interpersonal dynamics of power (my doctoral subject).

Abby • I have been studying and practicing Gestalt since 2018, and assisting Dr. Steve Vinay Gunther for Gestalt training in China since 2023. My subjects of interest is the relational dialogue between I-thou, the awareness of somatic experiencing and how it’s related to psychological resilience.

Rahim Thawer • A clinical social worker, educator, and author specialising in queer men’s mental health and anti-oppressive practice. He is author of “The Mental Health Guide for Cis and Trans Queer Guys” and integrates Gestalt, cognitive-behavioural, and psychodynamic approaches. A full-time social work instructor and doctoral candidate, he facilitates workshops internationally.

Dr. Amos Yin • DBA, established Dell’s R&D Center in Taiwan and managed a firm with 20,000 staff and ¥30B annual output. Trained in Gestalt under Dr. Vinay Gunther since 2017, he excels in communication and change management.

Weina • I originally worked as a journalist publishing a professional journal “Mind Growth” from 2005. As editor, I explored psychological schools of thought, conducting interviews with domestic and international masters in the field. I trained with the Taiwan Ronan Gestalt Refinement Center from 2002, then at the Haven Academy, and more recently the professional training with Gestalt Therapy International in Shanghai. I have a deep interest and involvement with transpersonal approaches.

Kathy Zhou • I am a leadership coach and organization development consultant with over 25 years of multinational corporate experience. I focus on fostering talent and team development, with a keen interest in integrating Gestalt methodology into her practice. I hold a Master of Management Administration and a Master of Clinical Medicine.

Ana Maria Robayo • Recently arrived in Beijing, I’m a Colombian-Canadian Gestalt therapist with a background in Literature and Journalism. Passionate about creativity, nature, and multicultural life, I support expat families with empathy. I speak several languages and am currently specializing in art therapy to integrate expressive tools into therapeutic work.

Ring • I work in a MNC, and learning is my interest. I first got to know Gestalt in 2023, and attended several workshops since then. I speaks Chinese/English/Korean fluently, and have experience in Project Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulartory Compliance.

Joy Chen • I am an ICF Certified MCC and Coaching Supervisor. My speciality is in Leadership & Team Development. I have trained as a Gestalt Therapist, and am also a Senior Mindfulness Trainer.\n\nI previously worked with IKEA as team development manager, and now support leadership development for senior executives across many large organisations.
